GOD'S REALLY BIG SHOW (Ephesians 2)

Ephesians 2:4   God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,     

I. God Showed He Could Bring Us Back to Life

¹ even when we were dead in our trespasses and sins, made us alive together with Christ.

II. God Showed He Could Raise Us Up To Higher Power

And even when we walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, ³  and walked in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, God ⁶ raised us up with Him.

III. God Shows Us His Grace From His Ring-side Seat

And even when we were by nature children of wrath, God seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, ⁷  that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

IV. God Shows His Masterpiece

¹⁰ For we are His masterpiece, having been created anew in Christ Jesus
